WHAT IS THE TYPICALLY PROCESSING TIME?
After ordering, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship. All orders are handmade and created uniquely. Rush orders are not available.
ARE ALL PRODUCTS MADE WITH ORGANIC INGREDIENTS?
All products are made with clean beauty ingredients that are cruelty-free. Select items are whole organic items and are marked as such. Please thoroughly check the ingredients prior to purchasing to avoid complications.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY?
Considering all products are handmade with care and skincare items can easily be contaminated, returns for full refund are not available. Customers have the option to exchange a defective product and receive the same item or receive a store credit; but cash/ credit refunds are not an option. Any questions, please contact
ARE ALL PRODUCTS HANDMADE?
Yes. We pride our selves on every product being handmade and made-to-order. All recipes are unique blends created and owned by Shae Organic Skincare. All handmade batches are made with love and quality. Due to the handmade nature of products, no two are identical; but we aim to make them as perfect as possible. Please allow for tiny variations in color as compared to product listing and photos and/or previous orders. Also, all products will come with a 4 month expiration date to ensure quality. Also, please skin test all items before applying to whole body (especially when ordering organic items that contain nuts).
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once Shae Organic Skincare products are shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the racking information. If you do not receive your tracking information within 5 business days, please email us at
